Joe Powers
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Joe has worked successfully in sales, marketing and advertising in both management and training roles for the past 20+ years. After serving his country in the U.S. Coast Guard and attending Rhode Island College, Joe worked his way up in the corporate world to upper management and ultimately a trainer on the national level.
 
His success and accomplishments have come from his ability to create relationships and work well with others from a Team approach. He took those skills and started his own real estate investment business along with his wife, Julie and 4 children. For the past 10 years Joe and his team have bought, renovated and sold multiple properties across Southern New England. This gave him an education in real estate from the transaction process to the construction of homes and everything in between. With his vast knowledge of real estate and leveraging his corporate training skills, he continued to hone his real estate knowledge by traveling across the country teaching others how to develop their own successful investment companies.
 
Based on a lifelong passion for everything real estate, the natural progression for Joe was to become a liscenced Realtor so that he could now help Buyers and Sellers who are looking to find their perfect Home or Property. Joe is uniquely qualified to help people looking to sell their home or anyone from first time buyers, right up to full time investors who are looking to buy or sell that trophy project.
